On stable secondary canvas support. Highlights of the face heightened with either varnish or gum arabic, stable in coloring. Frame abrasion at edges with a few minor associated losses. A small area of discoloration on the figure's shirt and one in the background just above center of left edge. Some scattered small dots of discolored accretion. Not examined out of frame due to size. Framed Dimensions 50.75 X 40.25 X 2.25 Inches
