Ansorena was founded in 1845, when Celestino Ansorena opened a jewellery workshop in Madrid. After only a short time, Ansorena was appointed jeweller and diamond dealer to the royal court and produced numerous jewels for the royal family. Today, Ansorena is not only a jewellery company, but also a successful auction house including an art gallery with a preference for contemporary realistic painting.
