The Zurich School of Concrete Art marks the Swiss variant of Concrete Art, which came together following an exhibition in 1936 and devoted itself to the creative principles of Concrete Art. In the works of the Zurich Concrete artists, geometric forms and a clear colour aesthetic predominate and the compositions are based on mathematical laws.
