Rembrandt School

The Rembrandt School refers to the succession of the greatest artist of Holland's Golden Age, Rembrandt Harmensz. van Rijn. Rembrandt trained numerous pupils and assistants in his workshop, who were very much influenced by his style and copied and received the great master's painting. The exact number of his pupils is not known, but according to current research it is estimated at around 50.
