This rare impression is part of a special edition of 5, outside the traditional edition of 50, which the artist and the printer produced in Vallauris. Presented as a gift, with a personal dedication from Picasso to Bernhard Geiser on the lower margin, this prints first came to Switzerland from the South of France. It then found its way into a Swiss private collection.
