The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged to the backing board periodically along the upper and side edges and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled and artist pinholes are to the upper corners. Very minor wear is to the extreme edges and a faint soft crease is at the lower right corner tip. There are three pinpoint pink accretions to the upper left and lower right quadrants and a few pinpoint accretions to the white circle, visible primarily under close inspection. A faint dimple is to the left side of the white circle, possibly a vestige of the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
