Weems PROVENANCE: P.P.O.W., New York. Though purchased through P.P.O.W., the present lot was a custom variation on Weems' Burnt Orange Girl that the artist printed specifically for Jenette Kahn, who remembers Weems saying at the time, "I knew that yellow would look much better in your dining room."
