註：一九七八年四月，時借居臺北雲河大廈的張大千，因跌倒骨折，入院治療月餘，故是年壽辰亦在病房中渡過。張群比大千年長十歲，生日卻僅早一天。是年五月九日，即岳公九十大壽當日，他親往醫院探視，並誦壽詩致賀。大千遂以七絶答之，本幅即該詩稿，句中以岳公喻作身居相位而不營私第的北宋名臣寇準，頌其高尚品德。
