The pochoir is based on a gouache by Albert Gleizes and was produced by Robert Pouyaud at Moly-Sabata under the artist's supervision between 1927 and 1929. The date “1926” at the bottom right of the pochoir thus probably refers to when the gouache that served as a template was created. With the stamp “Éditions Moly-Sabata” and the handwritten number “No 3” on the reverse. According to Anne Varichon's catalogue raisonné, the exact print run is unknown.
