Unlined canvas with L. Besnard, Paris supplier's mark on the reverse. Faint stretcher bar marks visible under raking light at edges. Slight yellowing to the varnish layer. Finely patterned craquelure. A small dot of surface abrasion and minor loss at right edge in lower right corner. A very few scattered small dots of discolored accretion. Minor surface dirt and dust. Not examined out of frame due to size. Under UV: varnish fluoresces green unevenly. No apparent retouching. Framed Dimensions 30 X 38.25 X 2 Inches
