The work is registered in the Christian Rohlfs Archive at Osthaus Museum Hagen with the number CRA 244/23.
Private collection Hermann Großjohann, Lüdenscheid (acquired directly from the artist in 1919). Family-owned ever since
Good overall impression. The paper all in all browned and firmly mounted on a backing cardboard. Lower margin with a ca. 5 cm long crimped spot. The sheet trimmed in the lower and right margin. [EH]
