Under UV exam, there is a 3 inch horizontal line of inpaint in the upper left quadrant; 1 inch spot of inpaint in hat on the floor lower left; 1/2 inch line of inpaint in the rolled area of the document; Bottom of the drapery left of the drum is reinforced. Scattered inpainted along the extreme edges of the canvas extending slightly into the composition as well as a few scattered dots and dashes throughout. Scattered craquelure throughout.
