來源：「張昌伯」即張正學（1897-1986），浙江海寧人。一九二〇年畢業於北洋大學法律系，後執業滬上，兼任東吳大學法學院教授。公餘喜繪事，富收藏，為上世紀三、四十年代滬上收藏名家，與吳湖帆、張蔥玉、王季遷等多有往來。王福厂、吳樸堂等名家屢為其治印，本藏印即出自王氏刀下。
