註：釋明儉，字智勤，號几谷，江蘇鎮江人，少年時於南京小九華山出家，從張崟習畫。嘉道期間，「京江畫派」崛起，畫風上溯吳門，遠宗宋元，迥異於當時正統，其先驅潘恭壽，中堅如張崟、顧鶴慶，皆有名於時，明儉為後起之秀，風格鮮明。
